User expired requested to merge Repair into develop

new:

  • isotope peaks with strange ppm error are detected as outliers
  • entire spectrum can be displayed

bugs fixed:

  • peaks of deleted ions were included in remodelling
  • peaks that were not used (in the Modelling Tool) were deleted in the spectrumView
  • peaks that were deleted were not deleted in the spectrumView and still used for modelling (in the Modelling Tool)
  • checking names of fragment and modification templates did not work correctly
  • division by 0 was possible in getModificationLoss in Analyser.py
  • calculated sequence coverage was incorrect
