bugs fixed:
- peaks of deleted ions were included in remodelling
- peaks that were not used (in the Modelling Tool) were deleted in the spectrumView
- peaks that were deleted were not deleted in the spectrumView and still used for modelling (in the Modelling Tool)
- checking names of fragment and modification templates did not work correctly
- division by 0 was possible in getModificationLoss in Analyser.py
- calculated sequence coverage was incorrect
