02.12.21: bugs fixed

User expired requested to merge Repair into develop

New:

  • peaks can be deleted in Model Ion Tool or when adding a new ion
  • only possible charge states can be selected when adding a new ion
  • improved autocalibration (final std.dev !< user input)

Fixed bugs:

  • calculate occ. did not work for more than 1 mod.
  • saving and exporting search did not work when new ion was added
  • calc.abs.occupancy: unmodified value was sum of modified+unmodified instead of just unmodified
