- peaks can be deleted in Model Ion Tool or when adding a new ion
- only possible charge states can be selected when adding a new ion
- improved autocalibration (final std.dev !< user input)
Fixed bugs:
- calculate occ. did not work for more than 1 mod.
- saving and exporting search did not work when new ion was added
- calc.abs.occupancy: unmodified value was sum of modified+unmodified instead of just unmodified
