Attempted fix to the problem mentioned in #58

Moritz Perschke requested to merge #58_attempted_workaround into develop
  1. track how many times in a row a sending attempt has failed
  2. after 10 fails, switch back to broadcasting messages so that the new host can respond using a hostChange message
