Setting current UTC time on the Host device

Set the current time on the Host ESP using micropython. Have some logic that synchronizes that time with some timeserver via an internet connection.

• Implement an API on the UIBK server that allows getting the current UTC time.
• Call the API from the FIPY / GPY and set the current time.
• Synchronize via NTP server
