New input file with ramp functions for taui and chat and also bug fix regarding output writing

Fixed the timeline in the output file -> problem with asynch writing. Implemented ramping function of taui and chat via the input file. Re-structured the input toml file. Improved the debug python plot script at the energy theorem plots.
