• warning before overwriting exported analysis
• length of Ion table is updated after ion was added/removed
• inserted intensity values are not lost when last peak is deleted in Model Ion Tool
• site-specific fragments/modifications are possible
• ppm error threshold for deletion of ions (absolute values of errors)

Fixed bugs:

• incorrect loss for w-B ions
• interesting ions could not be changed for exporting analysis
• option to add a new ion was deactivated
• copying TickIonTable did not include ticked status of box
• background colour for last row did not work in SequCovPlotTableModel:
• total coverage in getSequenceCoverage (Analyser) was incorrect
• sequenceCoveragePlot: plot was incorrect
