bug fixed:
- GUI
- Copying table of PeakWidget did not work
- if intensity of ion was set to 0 during overlap remodelling, the isotope distribution was deleted
- exporting loaded analysis did not work if no peak list was found (upper bound)
- occupancy plot was dependent on stated nr of modifications
- in SpectrumView (Traceback when mouse clicked)
- ion could be deleted again when re-modelling was repeated even if it was manually undeleted
- protocol was incorrect when showing fragment and modification templates
- exporting loaded analysis did not work if modification or fragmentation pattern was changed
- EDD/ECD: unreduced precursor could not be found (incorrect charge state)
- Exported occupancy plot was incorrect for EDD/ECD
- Range of y-axis in charge plot was incorrect for EDD/ECD
