Show a warning in test, test part and sections if the number of max.
attempts is overwritten by under elements

Use an unique instance of the test session controller for every window
where a user has started a test. Theoretically, the user can now work on
the test from several different windows (with some restrictions).

Save the questions copied from pool in their own private directory and
allow to copy such questions in the editor.
