Move the functions of OlatRootFile and OlatRootFolder to the Local
implementations to simplify the use of VFS, implements factory methods
in VFSManager, reduce the number of call to meta informations in folder
listing

Rearrange the different settings in the same place with a segment view
for all resources. Implement a new flag for resources "bookable" which
indicates the entries with a booking methods. Guests users doesn't have
a right to view courses with booking methods.

Move the zoom action to the dedicated link, adn replace with a classic
select the click on title and identifier for curriculums, organisations
and taxonomy. Implements an open all / close all actions for tree table.
Add a root crumb for organisations and curriculums.

To retrieve the min. score, max. score and the cut value, double check
if the resource is really based on QtiWorks otherwise fallback to the
old configuration. Fix an issue in statistics where the max. score and
cut value are retrieve from the wrong place. Cache the min. score and
max. score in the results list of the course assessed identities to
prevent reloading the values for every user.
