In very rare case, the current question is suspended before committing
the responses, ensure this is not the case, if it is the case, unsuspend
the current item. Update to QtiWorks 1.0.21 which relax the unsuspend
check to select new question in non linear form

Share the current request timestamp acrros window via the test session
controller, calculate the time left specifically with the request
timestamp as base (not the start time of the current question), forbid
setting a timestamp older than the current one
