OO-4080: Possibility to use a rubric (evaluation form) to calculate the score of the manual scoring course node

Implement a strategy to concurrently migrate the metadata to database
both from the upgrader and the users, fix issues how the error messages
are sent by WebDAV (404...)

Allow course owner to enter curriculum management site (with reduced
permissions), add configuration in type and element to aggregate the
lecture statistics, add three levels of details about lectures (list of
users, list for a specific user with all courses, details of a user in a
course)

Implement relation between identities with a configurable role,
administration to manage the roles, and the relations in user
management.

Move the functions of OlatRootFile and OlatRootFolder to the Local
implementations to simplify the use of VFS, implements factory methods
in VFSManager, reduce the number of call to meta informations in folder
listing

- Select resources from edu-sharing
- Use edu-sharing rendering service to display the resources
- Synchronize usage between OpenOLAT and edu-sharing
- Exchange configuration (metadata) between OpenOLAt and edu-sharing

Rearrange the different settings in the same place with a segment view
for all resources. Implement a new flag for resources "bookable" which
indicates the entries with a booking methods. Guests users doesn't have
a right to view courses with booking methods.
