Remove unused close blue box, hardened login, and class for the
authoring environment

Update Apache Tomcat to version 8.5.45, add a selenium test for the
metadata (general panel) in the question pool, add method to take
screenshots

Rearrange the different settings in the same place with a segment view
for all resources. Implement a new flag for resources "bookable" which
indicates the entries with a booking methods. Guests users doesn't have
a right to view courses with booking methods.
