OO-184 : TOC controller and ChangelogController are not re-instantiated each... 

OO-184 :  TOC controller and ChangelogController are not re-instantiated each time the user switches Tabs (pages) within an eportfolio map. Improved the subscriptionItem "jump to epMapPage" from within changelog tab.
