Updating UIBK letter (KOMA Script)

Hy there, asked Clemens if he might help us with updating the letter.tex (KOMA-script) to the current version of the LFU template. Clemens agreed to have a look at it, NOT YET a commitment. I'm quite busy these days, try to catch up with Clemens over the next weeks.

Just wanted to add him as a Developer to the repository to join the conversation, but can't find him/his user-ID. @c7031007, I am sure you know his c-Number? :) Thanks in advance.

TODO

• Adjust the current letter.tex to the updated LFU CI Letter.
• Checking/extending some of the options.
• Move some of the elements from here to there (millimetres-scale; most 'tricky' part).
• Adding one or two new variables (should be straight forward).

Afterwards

• Once done, update README.md (for both, beamer and letter).
• New release candidate.
• Get in touch with BfOE, get an official approval.
• Update template download on the LFU intranet page. Not only update, IMPROVE; link to current git release candidate.
