TCExam is a CBA (Computer-Based Assessment) system (e-exam, CBT - Computer Based Testing) for universities, schools and companies, that enables educators and trainers to author, schedule, deliver, and report on surveys, quizzes, tests and exams.

The dsmc scheduler does not properly release memory after completing a scheduled run. This script (periodically run from cron) kills the scheduler, if and only if (1) it is not currently executing a job, and (2) is older than the last completed run

Library to convert postgis osm database (with pgsnapshot (+ linestrings + hstore) schema from osmosis import) to java objects. This should help abstracting the db contents and prepare them for further usage (e.g. analyses of geometries and tags).

A configuration drop-in to allow Apache operators to put it into maintenance mode.
