Implement file naming, of off parameters and temperature saving. Some bugfix to the VNA code but still needs to be more tested

handling. Still need to be debugged!!

Bugfix for .nc files. Until now, we worked directly on the .nc file. Now we use a copy of the file to work on. 

Modify the interface of the digital attenuator to match the one use for others instruments (add the cryostat parameter).

Bugfix for the new code for the quantum machine and the use of SI units (two parameters were forgotten)

Change in the way the first temperature request is made. Make it more robust as we does not rely anymore on some sleep but on a timeout for the request.
