Standalone functionnal tests

We now install a sharelatex instance on the fly and run test against it.
This currently allow to remove our dependency on our secondary server.
In the future we'll be able to easily define a test matrix whose
dimension would be the sharelatex server version, python version...

Logging commun option for all commands

We add an option to clone and move to a new branch if needed.
By default we'll stick to master.
the tests have been adapted to be tested in both situation:
- when working from a local master branch (None parameter)
- when working from another branch locally (branch="test_branch")
