Don't close the edit panel if the user write and select a Latex formula,
a link or a special character

Remove the editor if the user click out of the content editor, fix the
2px left margin in edit mode, fix a RELOAD by editing a fragment

Add a container element for portfolio pages and surveys which support
drag and drop of element in and out, up-to four columns, and container
in container. Fix some issues with drag and drop.
